To complete your Bucas Smartex blanket, a Combi-Neck is also available separately, which can be attached to the blankets from the Smartex series via the combi-attach system.

The neck piece is provided with a very strong ballistic nylon outer fabric with a breathable and permanently waterproof outer layer, so your horse always stays dry and warm. T

he inner lining is made of smooth nylon with a stay dry lining in between.

The neck is also very breathable with 4000 g/m2 for 24 hours.

We ship with DPD, Bpost or PostNL inside Europe, Outside Europe we ship with BPost.

At Horseworldeu, we do our best to dispatch all available items to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. Where possible we dispatch the same day. When an ordered item is not in stock we will send you an email so you can decide if you want to wait, want to look for an alternative or cancel the order.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame in a saleable condition, unused with garment tags attached.

Please note that the below items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Made to Measure Items

  • Bespoke items made in personalised colours

  • Sales items

Goods are returned at the expense of the customer and an additional delivery fee is incurred for replacement items by the customer.

 

How to return Goods:

Contact us and we will issue you with a Code which must be stated clearly on the returned package.

We will also provide you with the returns adress.

Returned goods are posted at your own expense.
